Lincoln Idealarc SP-250 MIG Welder on Cart

The Lincoln Idealarc SP-250 MIG Welder is designed for versatility and efficiency in metalworking. It is capable of operating with 10-30 lbs. spools or Readi-Reel coils, accommodating a variety of materials. It can handle .025 to .045 solid steel using CO2, AR/CO2, or AR/O2 shielding gases, .035 stainless steel with the same shielding gases, and 3/64" aluminum using AR shielding gas. Additionally, it supports .045 Outershield electrodes with CO2 or AR/CO2, and both .035 and .045 Innershield self-shielded electrodes. The welder offers an open circuit voltage of 10-40V and an output range from 30A/5V to 250A/26V. It provides three duty cycles: 100% at 145A/26V, 60% at 200A/28V, and 35% at 250A/26V. The wire speed range is broad, from 50 to 500 IPM, allowing for flexibility in various welding settings. Operating within temperatures from -20°C to 40°C, the SP-250 is adaptable for different environments, while its storage temperature ranges from -40°C to 40°C. The unit is used but mounted on a cart, offering mobility and convenience for different welding tasks.
